   know what happens when your author tries to use the AI image generator?
   Are they
   prompted with a message saying `Your account is not connected to Jetpack at the
   moment.`?
 * If that’s the case, then they will need to click the `Connect Jetpack` button
   and follow the steps to get connected.

 * On my test site, I gave it a try with a user account, and was able to generate
   an image, so I suspect something is off with your author’s configuration.
 * In case your author is connected but still can’t generate an image, we’d appreciate
   if you could share a screenshot and the site URL so we can take a closer look.
