WP-Gravatar author profile widget bug and an Inove fix

    Hi,

    I just installed WP 2.7 and since I’m new using WP, I’d like to know where can I find the author profile text in the sidebar widgets?

    I have currently a bug which I don’t find how to resolve. Here is it : http://www.copypastecode.com/codes/view/3841
    As you could see, there is a at the end.

    I looked through the code and the I’m blocked in the file wp-includes/widgets.php at line 480 where the code calls the user defined function which should be widget_authdescription() but I don’t find this function.

    Edit : I found a function called widget_authdescription_init() but I don’t know where it’s declared. Help!

    So, if anyone could tell me where this damned HTML code is generated, he will be featured in my first blog article.

    Help me please, this is the last bug to get my blog valid XHTML 1.1.

    What plugin/widget are you using? Link to download that plugin/widget, please.

    It’s about the default widget “Author Profile”.

    Author Profile isn’t a default widget, if by default you mean a widget that come’s delivered with WordPress. So, look in your installed plugins, as there’s likely a plugin that is providing that widget, and see if there’s a link to download the plugin you can provide. Thanks.

    I fixed it. It’s indeed a non-default widget. It’s provided by WP-Gravatar.
