 * When creating an xml sitemap the url with ../author/james gets generated where
   james is the author’s name.
 * I have enabled both options of protect against username enumeration that it will
   prevent from revealing the name James.

 * That’s normal. NinjaFirewall protects against username enumeration, but cannot
   prevent your application from adding the link to your sitemap.
    You need to delete
   the link manually, or to check if there is an option to exclude some URLs from
   the sitemap.
