Could you try to deactivate all other plugins on your site, one at a time, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin?

Um, I have like a million plugins so I just bulk deactivated then authorised and it went straight through, reactivated the plugins I use and it’s all working fine.
Glad you could fix this! If this happens again on another site of yours, it might be worth looking at the common plugins you use on both sites; that might help you narrow the problem down to a few plugins.
