# Authorization error

 * I updated to the latest version after my feed stopped working.
 * I’ve deleted and re-installed but I’m getting this authorization error in the
   Simply Instagram settings.
 * `{"code": 403, "error_type": "OAuthForbiddenException", "error_message": "You
   are not a sandbox user of this client"}`
 * Any help appreciated. I’d like to continue using this plugin.

 * old news.. this happened month(s) ago. might as well move on to a different plugin
   as the dev never fixed it when IG changed their protocol.
 * I have moved myself and 5 clients off the plugin. about to move 6th.
 * dev never even acknowledged it or chimed in.
