 * When I try to connect the plugin to Campaign Monitor I get a messages that says“
   It looks like you don’t have enough access rights to authorize this application.”
 * In Campaign Monitor my privileges are set to “full client access” — but this 
   is an account resold to the end user by an agency.
 * Would this cause this problem? Is this not a high enough level of privileges?
