Auto activate Checkbox for registered users

Hey there,

I am using the plugin to add a checkbox in the comment area.

I found that the checkbox is automatically activated for users with the status “administrator”, given an information on top of the box.

Is there any possibility to automatically activate the checkbox for every registerd user and to adapt the information on top?

Another possibility for my case would be to fully deactivate the box if a user is logged in as the users accept the DPR when registering on the page.
