Auto generate Map from Custom Field

I have asked this query even on your support forum but no response. I have the WP Google Maps – Pro add-on (Developer Edition).

My queries are as follows.
1. Can I auto-generate a map from a custom field named address? Say if my address field has building, street, city, region, country then based on the field it should automatically display a map. How can I achieve that.

2. Each of my posts have the address field, so based on each posts address field, I need to dynamically populate a map with multiple addresses and link to each post. Say there are 100 posts with US as country I need to show all the 100 on the map with pointer and on click link to each post.
