 * It can automatically hide cookie bar after delay (1 minutes), or if the users
   scrolls?

 * I’m afraid this feature isn’t available in the plugin right now. I will add it
   to a wishlist, but will also need to look into the EU regulations on such a solution.
   Right now I am unsure if such a passive accepting solution is deemed OK. Thanks
   for the message! 🙂
