# Auto-increment Processor does not display correctly

 * When I use a field that displays an auto-increment value in an email it displays
   as the correct value when emailing my company. The issue comes when a customer
   receives an email from an auto-responder with the same value it displays as:
 * 2018/09/17{increment_capture:increment_value}W
 * Why does this not show the actual value?
