Auto Link Tag functionality not working

Simple tag plugin failed to auto link tag in post content. I have changed the below option value with different scenario but it’s not working properly.

1) Min usage for auto link tags:
2) Maximum number of links for the same tag:

for example, I have
4 tags named website
6 tags named web
8 tag named layouts.

but i want only 2 tags and linked for 2 times only that condition is not working.
