# Auto save progress

 * Is it possible to save the user’s information after they fill in the information
   even before the form is submitted?
 * Example
    It is very common for users not to reach the end of a form and submit,
   so for example in a form that has an email and name, if the user completes the
   email and does not fill in the name, even without submitting, It would already
   be possible to have the user’s contact.
 * This function is available in the Pools hotjar

 * We will sadly not be able to implement this feature. First, from a technical 
   standpoint, this will be hard to achieve since Contactic captures data on submission,
   which will obviously never be triggered in your case, forcing us to use js / 
   ajax / websocket methods and protocols to save data.
 * Finally, from a legal perspective, i don’t think that someone would like to be
   contacted / traced / registered (or whatever) while not having submitted the 
   form (#gdprcomplaint ?)
