    When enabling the auto sync option, it takes large amount of time in every‘
   one hour’ for wp_crone.php (gi got this result from my newrelic report) it effect
   performance of the website.
 * Please let me know any chance to prevent this issue ?

 * I suppose you have many users that need to be synced? How many approx? With loads
   of data attached to them? Does running a manual sync once to completion help 
   in making the next sync shorter?
