# Auto Syncing doesn’t work

 * Hi,
 * I’ve switched from Disqus’ official plugin to this one hoping to get rid of this
   long lasting bug, but unfortunately I had no luck.
 * I can’t activate Disqus’ Auto Syncing feature, it says “There was an error attempting
   to enable syncing.”
 * Any help?
