Autoload config for um_secure_scan_result_content

Hi, I’m optimizing my database and I found that um_secure_scan_result_content was one of my heavier autoload options.
I tested setting it to off in my staging site and apparently nothing is broken. I wonder if there is any security issue that I might be exposing my production site to if I do the same there.
