The vendors are the best resource as they are responsible for supporting their commercial products. Also, as the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

However, your question applies to both plugins, free and pro (they share the core) so I’ll answer here.
All the settings are saved as one WP option (one table row) and are loaded for each page.
The latest version introduced some optimizations so when you save options only the non-default values will be saved. This will reduce saved settings.
So all you need to do is to save settings (applies to each set of 16 blocks).
