 * Users who ask to become users are immediately able to enter new properties (they
   can immediately upload files, photos, etc. to the site).
    In the settings i have
   specified that users who intend to become agents must be approved, but it does
   not seem to work. Is it possible to prevent agents not yet approved from uploading
   files to the site? Thank you

   work.

 * In this case, i need check directly on your website, or you can try with default
   theme and don’t install third-party plugin to check.
