# Automatic answer is empty

 * Hello,
 * the automatic answer is setup and ticked in settings, but the answer email is
   totally empty. Only the subject has “Re: Test”, when “Test” was the subject sent
   by Questioneer.
 * Catchers Version 2.3.1
