 * Hi, a client of mine is desiring the ability for the system to automatically 
   rid or categorize applicants who do not meet the specified requirements. This
   feature will help them to not be flooded with under qualified applicants. Is 
   there any way to go about doing this? Thank you.

 * There isn’t really anything to do this aside from making the content of the application
   determine if an applicant is qualified.
 * For example, make a mandatory check box field, have it ask a question such as,
   do you have a PHD? and if it isn’t checked then you bump them to a message saying
   we’re sorry but you do not meet the qualifications for this position.
