This is a live server. * The manual backup worked and so did the automatic backup. Although the automatic backup was a few hours late but that can be a server configuration or some other factor which I have not investigated. * The reason for my reply is to share with you that the automatic backup does work in my server. * I will mark this support thread as resolved. * However if you feel you need to open another support thread in regards to automatic backups in the future
