# Automatic E-mail issue

 * Hello,
 * I am using the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin, and the i was able to send a test email succesfully.
 * I have set my Order E-mail Frequency to: “On change”.
    however when i enter an
   order or change the status of one it is telling this:
 * This page isn’t working
 * domain.name.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500
 * what can i do to fix it?

 * There isn’t any “Order E-mail Frequency” options in Ultimate FAQs, but there 
   is in the Status Tracking plugin, so you might want to post over in that support
