# Automatic email response

 * Hello. I would like the system to give an automatic email response to everyone
   that makes a comment on our blog site. What should we do to get that?

 * Thank you for your answer. I went to the link that you gave to me and it gave
   me some instructions how to do. However, I’m stuck and I don’t where to find 
   certain things that it’s telling me to do. Can you help me again in that. This
   is the instructions that it gave to me.

   Go into the WordPress admin interface and activate the plugin
 * Those are the first 2 instructions that I were given. The problem is that I don’t
   know where and how to find [wordpress_dir]/wp-content. Neither do I know were
   the WordPress admin interface is.
    I’m still relatively new to WordPress. It 
   was setup for us by someone else, and I haven’t had the time to go through the
   whole tutorial process. If you could help me again, it would be greatly appreciated.

 * Even when I try to upgrade plugins, it’s giving a bunch of problems. It won’t
   let me upgrade “Akismet” neither to “WordPress 3.0.1”.
