 * Hi marcocopan,
 * Yes, you can go to “Orders” tab in your plugin dashboard and scroll to the bottom
   to look for the option that says, “Add/Update Orders from Spreadsheet”. Here 
   you can upload a spreadsheet file with your order information. The plugin supports
   Google spreadsheet as well. When you download the spreadsheet, make sure it is
   in .xls or .xlsx format.

 * That would be a manual update, he is looking for an automatic/automated.

 * There’s no functionality for this. You need to go to the plugin admin and upload
   the spreadsheet. If you wanted it to automatically pull data from (a spreadsheet)
   elsewhere, that’s something that you’d have to custom code with a cron job, for
   example.
