 * Hi, I am quite new at wordpress and I have a question about some permalinks appear
   on my site that I did not create myself.
 * my blog; wenabroad.com
 * if you click on the author at one of my articles, you get redirected to the author
   page, but I would like to change the permalink that is created for this page.
   Now it includes my email adres, which is not supposed to. I get this link [http://wenabroad.com/author/wendytimmermansicloud-com/](http://wenabroad.com/author/wendytimmermansicloud-com/)
 * Is there an option to manage all permalinks that are created on the site? I also
   found some other weird ones of pages I did not create.
 * Also the information I put in my author profile is not showing on the page itself,
   only the articles I wrote.
 * Thx for some help!

 * Author page permalink is generated automatically based on your username. To edit
   those permalinks you’ll need a plugin like this one:
    [https://wordpress.org/plugins/edit-author-slug/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/edit-author-slug/)

 * Need to be more specific, so I can help. WordPress generates a lot of different
   default pages – author pages, categories, tags, date-based archive pages, etc.
   Plus, themes and plugins can generate pages and permalinks for those pages too.

 * This is not WordPress, this is a theme issue. Theme must be built to include
   author info on author’s page. If it’s not, then it won’t show up. If you bought
   a premium theme, you can try asking developer or looking at documentation to
   see if this feature is available and you simply need to enable it in the theme
   settings.
 * Otherwise, this will require custom development to add author info to author
   page.
 * Hope that helps.

 * Thanks a lot Viktor, I came upon some weird permalink on my website, but I cannot
   seem to find it anymore, I used a tool to collect them, but I don’t remember
   the name of it.
 * For the rest your advice is very helpful.
 * Thx!
