 * I set the automatic import every minute through Google Sheet, but it doesn’t 
   work.
   At first, it worked accurate for a few minutes, but it doesn’t work at 
   any moment.

 * thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
 * Just to be sure, are you using the “Automatic Periodic Table Import” feature 
   module of the TablePress Max premium version? Or the outdated and retired TablePress
   Table Auto Update Extension (a separate plugin)?
 * Note that the system behind the automatic triggering of imports (“WP Cron”) requires
   active site visitors, which trigger the import. So, if the import is working 
   in general, but just not every minute, your site likely doesn’t have enough visitors.
