# Automatic invoice problem

 * Dear Developer,
 * I’m using this plugin ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/))
   for automated invoicing. It works fine with the other payment options on my site(
   PayPal, direct bank transfer) but with your plugin it can’t attach the invoice
   for order emails.
 * The invoice plugin doesn’t make invoices after successful sells with PayLike.
   I have to make the invoice manually. What can cause this problem?

 * Hi [@simkog](https://wordpress.org/support/users/simkog/), sorry to hear you 
   are having issues. The paylike plugin is a bit more special, so given it uses
   the popup before the order is created may pose some challenges. However, I will
   try to replicate and see what the issue could be.
 * Can you please let me know if you are using delayed/instant and if you use the
   after order or before order checkout?

 * Thank you for your instant answer.
 * The `Checkout mode` is `Redirect to payment page after order created` and the`
   Capture mode` is `Instant`.

   as soon as I can 🙂
 * I have tested this and it seems that the email is being sent and the invoice 
   is attached after the payment takes place.
 * 1. In the “redirect to the payment page after order created” mode orders are 
   created with the “Pending payment” status.
    2. At that stage, the user needs 
   to use the pay button and actually do the payment. 3. When the payment is complete
   the order will move to “Processing”. 4. This is when the first “New order” is
   being sent, and then the user gets the invoice.
 * I have used the latest versions, with the default WordPress theme. Here’s a video

 * Can you further explain what happens in your case? Do the emails go trough with
   no invoice attached?
