# Automatic logout

 * When I click on the “create ticket” it automatically logs me out. The shortcode
   was working on another page, and I moved it to make it apart of a profile page
   instead of being on a page alone.
 * I didn’t think it would stop the plugin from working.

 * I’m guessing your profile page has already a login redirect (login required) 
   script
 * where having it double i can see how that will trouble WP (however i didn’t try
   it my self i am assuming it comes down to 2 login redirects in the same page).
 * i will have to check if we can do anything about that, but it will be tricky.

 * Took it upon myself to disable all of my plugins with the exception of the ticket
   plugin to see if one of them was causing the issue and it was. I am not getting
   kicked out like I was before and it is also posting the ticket like the plugin
   should.

 * Glad to hear you have resolved it.
    did you find out which plugin is conflicting?
 * if needed we can look into a way to make it compatible. (find the reason for 
   conflict).

 * It looks like the plugin author abandoned the plugin, or he isn’t keeping up 
   with updating the plugin after the new WP version was released. Not really the
   bridges fault. It was when the the bridge would verify the login to retrieve 
   the tickets, it booted me out. I heard lots of reports that the plugin was causing
   lots of problems with other people too.
