# Automatic notification

 * Hello, i use your plugin Hustler for a Pop i activated Send an automated email
   to the user (See the screenshot in the attachment). But it donest work, i dont
   get a notification. What can i do?

 * I hope you are doing well today.
 * Please do note that in general, the Hustle plugin only initiates the action of
   sending the email. It is your WordPress site that will be sending the email.
 * Having that in mind, WordPress uses the “wp_mail()” function which in most cases
   simply uses the standard PHP “mail()” function. However, depending on hosting
   settings sometimes you will need additional plugins like SMTP:

 * Please let us know if your site uses any SMTP plugin, and if not, consider installing
   the above, configure it, and see if that helps.
