# automatic plugin update doesn't display progress

 * When I download or update plugins automatically I see the “Installing Plugin:”
   plugin” Downloading install package..window but the rest of the display never
   appears. Fortunately the plugin does get installed or updated so it’s not a major
   problem.
 * I know that this question has been asked before but I wonder if anyone ever found
   the solution.

   and I’m on Bluehost.

 * I think there are a few reasons for this. I believe one of the more common reasons
   is running gzip on your install.
