Automatic redirection not working for posts

Feature “automatically add redirection if post URL changes” is not working in my case on posts also.
When every i change the post URl redirection is not working and i need to add manually redirection in order to make it work..Its a wordpress default feature but not working with my case.
Note: And when i turned off redirection plugin changed URL word normally..I need redirection plugin to find 404 and to redirect them but redirection plugin stopping normal wordpress redirection.

I’ve found the same thing. Had to disable the Redirection plugin for now as it’s causing a ton of 404s on my site.
