 * Do you use the latest version of the plugin? If not, please update it and check
   if this solves the problem.
 * Additionally, gift cards will only be sent when the order is in Processing/Completed
   status, so please check if your orders have those statuses.

 * Yes. I’m using the latest version and the order is set on processing. Yesterday
   I bought a gift card and set delivery date on today at 3.30 pm. But the card 
   was not sent

 * We checked your issue with WooCommerce 8.3.X and 8.4 and we couldn’t replicate
   your issue and received the emails. Could you check if you have the [email option](https://prnt.sc/J1SnDcMmn4_l)
   enabled?
