# Automatic Send

 * Hello,
 * I want to use KNEWS to send two newsletters automatically when there are 2 new
   posts. 1 newsletter in French and one newsletter in English.

 * Once everything is set, I create two new posts. Then I go to “NEWSLETTER” and
   then I go to “Automatic newsletter” and there is nothing.
 * I then returned to Newsletter Manual “Overview” to see the contents of the newsletter
   and I see no item wordpress. Only the template I created with two blocks %the_title_1%…

 * The automated creation takes always a date-time of the latest news creation (
   or the automated job creation the first time) and always get the newest posts
   from that date to build newsletter.
 * This can seems frustrating, but imagine a guy with a thousands of older posts
   when configures Knews
 * Then, hourly, executes the creation script (or when you run it in JS debugging
   mode).
 * However, if your blog doesn’t get any visit, nothing runs in the webserver, and
   all the tasks will be freeze… this is the reason to configure webserver cron,
   it trigger PHP every 10 minutes, and it is used for Knews newsletter submission
   and standard WP tasks (hourly auto creation and all other WP tasks)
 * In the auto creation script, the conditions are checked and, if there are a newsletter
   to build, do it and schedule the submit.
 * Then, the automated submission starts in every iteration (10 minutes) if you 
   have visits in your website or CRON are working.
 * The web process are different from desktop applications, we know, is more confuse
   and hard to code
 * In the future, we will add a column with “next execution time” and a buton with
   a “force run now”

 * That’s ok, Knews is sending posts in the auto newsletter.
 * But Knews inserts thumbnails of my posts in the newsletter. He leaves that of
   theme. How to automatically set the thumbnail of the article?

 * First of all, use always the Prioritary Support form if you are a Pro user! We
   are so bussy…
 * The newsletters created with the Knews Free and Early versions of Knews Pro can’t
   do it… Update Knews pro to the latest version, create the newsletter for automate
   again and the automate task… or contact with us and we will patch it manually…
