Automatically adding Posts to a Page

    I may be missing the obvious but is there a way to automatically add posts to a particular page on a site.

    I would like it so when an ‘author’ adds a post that it displays on a page called ‘mates’. The latest post being at the top of the page.

    I know this is going to be easy but ….. 🙁
