 * The class is working fine on the button however it is also adding a “pum-trigger”
   and “popmake-” classes automatically on the <article> element which should not.
   So everytime I click anywhere on the article area, it is showing the popup.
 * I could not share with you the link of the website that I am working, but I can
   share with you the source code screenshot showing the classes on the <article
   > element.

 * Is there anyway you can avoid this?
 * I only set the Targeting on that page so that the Popmaker scripts will not show
   on the other pages.

 * Hi [@priljayme](https://wordpress.org/support/users/priljayme/)
 * Thank you for reaching out!
 * I viewed the screenshot and it seems you have used the trigger Click Open and
   added a CSS selector for the popup ID 47052. I’m not sure what you have used
   for the CSS selector, but for the popup to trigger a click open, a CSS selector
   popupmake-47052 must be manually added on the element. The pump trigger is automatically
   added when the click open is used and the trigger is pointed to the extra selector.
 * By default, that is how it functions for the click open trigger with an extra
   selector. Removing those CSS selectors will prevent the popup to display when
   users click the article element.
 * Hope that helps.

 * Hi Bel, Thank you for the reply.
 * Unfortunately, I didn’t put anything on the “Triggers” settings, plus there is
   no way to add classes on the <article> element, that’s why I am also wondering
   why the article element is automatically adding a “pum-trigger” and “popmake-”
   classes.
 * The only settings I changed was the “Targeting”, other settings are either blank
   or default. Anyway, I tested it also on other pages, and the popups are working
   fine.
    The only difference is that the affected page has a “FAQ” plugin script
   activated which I think is conflicting with your plugin. I think it also has
   an addclass query somewhere in their script which messes up the whole page.
 * For now, it is working fine as long as we don’t include the other plugin script
   on our end. This plugin is really nice so thank you very much. 🙂
