 * What part of WordPress would be responsible if the cache should be flushed after
changing the permalinks settings. Because when the cache is not flushed (e.g.
using the WP CLI `wp @production cache flush`), changed permalinks result in
404 when an ojbect cache is used.
 * WOuld this – ideally – be the responsibility of WordPress core? Of the cache
plugin? Or a separate plugin just for invalidating the cache?

 * WP Redis shouldn’t have any impact on your permalink settings, so this bug you’re
describing seems like there might be some other issue in your system…

 * Well, then it is an issue with WooCommerce. The issue is reproducible enough,
so I should be able to create an issue for this.
