# Automatically remove tag

 * Hello there,
    I can find in the plugin how to add tags to people who make a purchase
   in my website. But I don’t see how to automatically remove a tag when the customer
   makes his first purchase.
 * Could you please tell me if that is possible?

   out, but the scenario you’re describing is outside the functionality of the plugin.
   To remove tags as described, it sounds like you may need to engage a 3rd party
   developer to achieve the desired workflow for your Woo store.

 * Thank you for your prompt reply.
 * Ok for that, but for now, I found the solution : add another tag when a user 
   makes his first purchase then I stop sending emails to people with this new tag.
