    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_MatchesMapRegex in /home/smartqxm/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 747

    Please help to fix my website issue .

    Most likely a plugin is conflicting with your site. Try disabling all your plugins (one way is by changing the folder name of your plugins folder or moving all the plugins to a different folder).

    Hello,
    I’, having a similar issue:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_MatchesMapRegex in /home4/stokey/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 747

    I have tried renaming the pluggin folder to see if it was a pluggin causing the issue but that did not change anything.
