 * No, this is not possible. In many countries (especially in europe) there are 
   laws which forbid this kind of unwanted subscriptions, opt-in functionalities
   are required. If you need this kind of functionality, a custom implementation
   would be required – but as a site-owner you will be responsible for possible 
   complains.
