# Automation not functionning

 * Hi Javier!
    I need to import a big file on a shared server at OVH and they advise
   to use cron import rather than upload in order to overpass timeout limit. So 
   I set Automation on, defined the path to the file /../../wp-content/uploads/import_user/
   upload-user.csv and set “1 min” in order to see how it works. After a while it
   still shows : No tasks done yet and I have no log file. I’m working on WP 5.39
   with the latest plugin version. On the server the Folder has 755 rights and the
   File 644.
 * What should I do?

 * It seems you cron is not working properly.
 * Have you checked with some plugin like WP-Crontrol how it is working?
