Title: autoptimize breaks admin bar Last modified: September 15, 2021 --- # autoptimize breaks admin bar * Resolved [highaltitudearcher](https://wordpress.org/support/users/highaltitudearcher/) * (@highaltitudearcher) * [4 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/autoptimize-breaks-admin-bar/) * I just installed autoptimize, and found that when either JS or CSS optimization is turned on (but not when they’re turned off) the floating admin bar at the top of the page no longer floats, and in fact the layout for it is horribly broken. * There’s also something about “clicking side arrows” that doesn’t seem to be properly styling. * I can fix the styling if I disable both the JS and CSS, but enabling either no matter the configuration of the caching will cause the issue.
