 * thanks for this great plugin, but having a problem
 * this could be related to other threads already discussed, but…
 * with Plugin Organizer enabled, Autoptimize can’t delete cache
 * this is a WP multisite, with WP SuperCache which seems to be working
 * PO activated per site
    MU file added

   the cache.

 * thank you very much for taking the time to dig into this.
 * it turns out to be somehow associated with Woocommerce – I had woocommerce disabled
   on some pages and I’m not really sure why / how disabling Plugin Organizer affected
   this – but
 * **PO is not the cause for the issue with Autoptimize, Woo is**
