Autoptimize Skips Some CSS Files?

Hi! I love your plugin and I really appreciate all the work you guys do 🙂

I’m noticing that Autoptimize doesn’t appear to be processing some CSS files. This page is an example: https://www.wp-tweaks.com/monitor-website-error-logs-via-backups/

In this, the following two CSS files are not being optimized:

https://www.wp-tweaks.com/wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css
https://www.wp-tweaks.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-coupons-and-deals-premium/assets/css/dist/style.min.css

You can see that they’re not processed or hashed in the same way that the other files are. Am I missing something?
