# Autoptimze creating JS Error

 * After autoptimize was installed. it started giving the JS error and still remains
   after removing the plugin.

 * Hi,
 * I have tried clearing all cache. even tried with new browser as well. It seems
   to keep occuring only on the home page. no optimize works fine.
 * i have tried to exclude all jquery and done settings of the same.
 * any suggestions?

    1. do you have autoptimize active now? 2. do you have a page caching
   plugin or does your hoster do page caching?

 * 1. I have autoptimize active.
    2. i am using WP Super cache plugin 3. Bluehost
   also has page caching which is set to Level 2(Normal)

 * OK, now regarding the fact that your homepage refers to non-existing Autoptimized
   code; can you clear both WP Super Cache & Bluehost page cache?

 * that is because it is a page caching problem indraneeldutta, maybe WP Super Cache
   or Bluehost cache is serving stale content OR there is yet another page cache
   in play.
