BPS Pro creates this autorestore backup folder: /wp-content/bps-backup/autorestore/. When you delete the BPS Pro plugin all files and database option settings are deleted with the exception of the /bps-backup/ folder and all files and subfolders under this folder for obvious reasons. You can manually delete the /autorestore/ folder and the /quarantine/ folder. All other subfolders are used in both BPS and BPS Pro. Note: When the BPS plugin is deleted all files and database option settings and the /bps-backup/ folder are deleted.

Apologies for not getting back sooner. I have been moving web hosts. Yes it did answer my questions and thank you for the answer. I have to do some manual cleanup but not a big deal now that I know what is safe to delete.
