avada shortcode in CF7

I have the avada template, and i want to use a simple title shortcode in my CF7 form.
When i enter the shortcode between the <code> tags, it only shows the shortcode on the screen rather than execute it.

<code>[title size="3" content_align="left" style_type="underline solid" sep_color="#00a05b" margin_top="" margin_bottom="" class="" id=""]text of the title....[/title]</code>

Where do i go wrong ?
