We have a page to purchase tickets here: https://www.cedartreeschool.org/purchase-tickets/

We have the Avada Theme, and that page template works great. And so does the page to checkout. However, if you visit the Attendee Registration page here, https://www.cedartreeschool.org/attendee-registration/, the theme is broken (mainly the header). Both our desktop menu and our mobile menu appear and look broken.

I tried setting up a custom page, and that page works fine until I add the [tribe_attendee_registration] shortcode, then the theme breaks again.

Can you please help?

This looks like a bug in our plugin. We already created an internal bug ticket for this, and I added your case. Thanks for all the details. I will definitely pass it along to our devs.
