# Avatar wordpress live chat

 * So i did as instructed in one of you forums by using a gravatar for my agent 
   but when i test the chat it only shows initials. is there any way to change that
   image

 * For the Hosted mode, avatars are resolved automatically by polling gravatar. 
   If a gravatar image is not available for that user, his initials are shown as
   the avatar. There is unfortunately no way to manually assign an avatar. We’ll
   consider adding this in a future release.
 * For the 3CX Integration mode, this feature is coming soon.

 * Yes the Gravatar shows on the agent in the back end but dosent show in the front
   end when Testing it so not sure why it’s not changing
