And also how can i increase the number of stars? e.g. i want to show 10 stars rating instead of 5 stars

I can’t replicate that. Try resetting the settings and customization options and then follow the steps listed here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/sticky-read-before-posting-%e2%9a%a0%ef%b8%8f/

As for the second, it’s not possible.
