 * I’m sorry that our Lite version doesn’t seem to fit your needs for now. Our team
   has worked hard to make sure that our free version includes everything needed
   to create a basic contact form.
 * The [Standard Fields](https://a.supportally.com/6VvhlL) like the Single Line 
   Text and Paragraph Text fields can be used to collect any information you’d like.
 * You can also set up [form notifications](https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/)
   to send out form submission details, or add users as email subscribers when you
   [connect WPForms to Constant Contact](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-connect-constant-contact-with-wpforms/).
   If your Email Notifications are not working, you can check that your form notification
   settings are configured correctly by following our [tutorial](https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/).
 * If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails
   sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent directly from dedicated
   email service providers).
 * As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server. To 
   resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your
   site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list

   and links to their setup tutorials.

 * My complaint is that I paid for the pro version because the lite version doesn’t
   allow notifications so what’s the point. However, I could not update to professional,
   and the help didn’t get that I am using on a private network. It seems like I
   get form letters. Anyway done!

 * Thanks for following up on this.
 * As I’ve mentioned in my initial reply, our Lite version does have an **Email 
   Notification** feature. If the emails were not arriving, it has -most likely-
   been caused by an email delivery issue.
 * If you have an active license subscription with us (as you’ve mentioned that 
   you paid for Pro), could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms
   [account dashboard](https://wpforms.com/account/support/) when you have a chance?
 * From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request
   and help you with any issue you might be experiencing.
