Avoid multiple page redirects

Hi Support,

I have been using the plugin for quite some time now and I can say that the plugin works great. Couple of days now I have been busy investigating some website performance issues. I noticed one of them is that the plugin needs more than 1 redirect.

For example, the website first redirects from http://www.[site] to https://www.[site] and then to https://[site]. This results in extra time to load the webpage.

Does anyone know how I can solve this and force all redirects to https://[site] directly as configured in my WordPress settings?
